Rizyd acknowledges the confidential nature of the recruitment process and is steadfast in its commitment to protecting your personal information. This notice outlines the basis upon which we collect, process, and store the data you provide during your application, in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 and applicable Zambian labour laws.

Data Collection and Usage
By submitting your Curriculum Vitae and associated documents to hr@rizyd.com, you consent to the processing of your personal data—including your name, contact details, educational background, and employment history—strictly for the purpose of assessing your suitability for employment.

We do not utilise this data for marketing purposes, nor do we share it with third parties unless required for background verification checks, of which you will be notified in advance.

Data Retention Policy
We retain the personal data of unsuccessful candidates for a period of six (6) months following the conclusion of the recruitment exercise. This allows us to contact you should a suitable alternative vacancy arise.

Upon the expiry of this period, your digital and physical records will be securely destroyed in a manner that preserves your confidentiality.

Security of Information
We employ robust technical and organisational measures to safeguard your application data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. Access to your personal information is strictly limited to Human Resources personnel and the specific hiring managers involved in the selection process.

Your Rights
Under Zambian law, you retain the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to request the rectification of any inaccuracies, or to withdraw your application and request the immediate deletion of your data at any stage prior to employment.
